Dear Jesus,
Today I choose to surrender my life to You.
I choose to turn away from my previous way of life and turn to You.
I ask You to forgive me of my sins.
I thank You that You have a wonderful future planned for me and I pray You would help me to know You better every day.

I have made a decision
If you are reading this, it means that you have made a decision to recently begin a new relationship with Jesus Christ, which is the best decision you can make in your life.
In John 3:16 Jesus tells us:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
This is a great promise for our future in heaven, but God also promises us that He will bring blessing to our lives today.
In John 10:10 Jesus also says:
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
What a powerful promise to us as Christians! Jesus has come to give us life so that we may have it in fullness. Perhaps you have previously experienced in your life the effects of the thief - he comes to steal our joy and our hope and to wreak destruction on our lives. But we are grateful that we have entered into a new life with Christ and His promise is to bring life, hope and purpose to our lives.
This is such an exciting time for you, and definitely not something that we would want you to celebrate alone; there are three things that we would encourage you to do, following your decision to follow Jesus:
Tell someone about the decision you have made
Begin to read the bible
Find a church to connect with

What is my next step?
Now that you have made a decision to follow Jesus, we would love to support you in your decision in a number of ways. There are some steps that we encourage you to take as a Christian, and those are listed above. Those steps can seem like a very big thing, and often something that you might want to think about before making a decision.
As you think about them, it’s worth considering that the Bible teaches that Christians are most effective when we have a sound understanding of Christian Beliefs. For that reason, we have developed the “First Steps’ Course to assist you in developing and understanding the Christian Beliefs.
We understand that you may have questions that arise out of these daily topics; if you enter your contact number, we would like to do our best in helping answer any questions you might have.
